Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 6, 2026
Zlofy ("Zlofy," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Zlofy LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit zlofy.com (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.
By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you place an order, create an account, contact support, or subscribe to our communications, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, order details, and the contents of your messages to us. If you leave a product review or participate in a promotion, we collect the information you submit.
Payment information. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS–compliant third-party payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal, depending on the method you choose). We do not store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers. Our processors provide us only with limited information needed to fulfill your order, such as the last four digits of your card, payment confirmation, and fraud-screening signals.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, clicks, approximate location (city/region derived from IP), and cart activity. This is collected through cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies described in Section 4.
Information from third parties. We may receive information from our ecommerce platform, fraud-prevention services, shipping carriers (delivery status), advertising partners (campaign performance), and analytics providers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to: process, fulfill, and deliver your orders, including sending order confirmations, shipping notifications, and tracking updates; provide customer support and respond to your requests; process returns, exchanges, and refunds; screen orders for fraud, abuse, and payment risk; operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; personalize your shopping experience, including remembering your cart and preferences; send marketing emails and, where you have separately consented, text messages (you can opt out at any time); run and measure advertising campaigns; comply with legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and consumer-protection requirements; and enforce our Terms of Service and protect our legal rights.
We do not use your personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described below:
- Fulfillment and logistics partners. To ship your order, we share your name, shipping address, phone number (where carriers require it), and order contents with the suppliers, fulfillment providers, and shipping carriers who prepare and deliver your items. These partners are permitted to use your information only to fulfill your order.
- Service providers. Ecommerce platform hosting, payment processing, email and SMS delivery, customer-support tooling, fraud prevention, analytics, and cloud storage providers, each bound to use your data only to provide services to us.
- Advertising partners. We use advertising and analytics services (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising tools) that collect information via cookies and pixels to measure campaigns and show you relevant ads. Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, this may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising," and you have the right to opt out (see Sections 4 and 7).
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, regulation, subpoena, or lawful request; to enforce our Terms of Service; to investigate fraud, chargebacks, or security incidents; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Zlofy, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers. If Zlofy LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies
We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function (cart, checkout, security, session management). These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics and performance — help us understand how visitors use the Site (e.g., Google Analytics). Data is aggregated wherever possible.
- Advertising and retargeting — pixels and tags from ad platforms (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags) that help us measure ads and show you Zlofy products on other sites and apps.
- Functional — remember your preferences, such as recently viewed items.
Your choices: You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where displayed, our cookie preferences banner. You can opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on, and manage ad personalization at aboutads.info/choices and youradchoices.com. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out of sharing/targeted advertising where required by applicable state law. Blocking some cookies may affect checkout functionality.
5. Email and Text Marketing
If you subscribe to our emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email; transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) will still be sent because they are part of your purchase. If you opt in to SMS, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. SMS consent is never a condition of purchase.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, resolve disputes and chargebacks, meet tax and legal record-keeping obligations (typically up to seven years for transaction records), and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and PCI-compliant payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; you use the Site at your own risk to that extent. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
7. Your U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to: know/access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; delete your personal information; obtain a portable copy of your data; opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, targeted advertising, and certain profiling; and not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.
How to exercise your rights: Email contact@zlofy.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our Site footer. We will verify your identity (typically by confirming control of the email associated with your account or orders) and respond within the timeframe required by your state's law (generally 45 days, extendable once). You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will explain the outcome of your appeal.
California notice: In the preceding 12 months we have collected the categories of information described in Section 1 and disclosed them for the business purposes in Section 3. Our use of advertising cookies may constitute "sharing" under the CPRA; opt out via the footer link or GPC. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at contact@zlofy.com and we will delete it. Purchases may only be made by individuals who are 18 or older or who have the involvement of a parent or guardian.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including carrier tracking pages and social media platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
10. International Visitors
The Site is operated from the United States and directed to U.S. customers. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the latest revision. For material changes, we will post a prominent notice on the Site or email registered customers. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
