Fabric Resistance Bands — Set of 3 for Glutes & Legs
Stronger glutes and legs from home, with bands that stay put.
Non-slip woven fabric. Unlike thin rubber bands, the fabric grips your skin or leggings and stays in place instead of rolling up mid-squat.
Three resistance levels. Light, medium, and heavy bands let you start easy and build up, or match the band to the exercise.
Built for glutes, hips, and legs. Ideal for squats, hip thrusts, glute bridges, lateral walks, and kickbacks — the moves that target your lower body.
Comfortable under load. The soft fabric feels better on bare skin than rubber, so you can push harder without pinching or snapping.
Train anywhere. Lightweight and packable, so you can work out at home, in the park, or in a hotel room.
Carry bag included. Keeps all three bands together and easy to grab on the way out.

Pick your resistance. Start with the light band to learn the movement, then move up to medium or heavy as it gets easier.
Position the band. Place it just above your knees for squats and lateral walks, or around your thighs/ankles depending on the exercise.
Set your stance. Keep feet about hip-width apart so there's tension in the band before you start.
Move with control. Do the exercise slowly, keeping tension on the band the whole time — squats, hip thrusts, lateral walks, or kickbacks.
Feel the muscle work. Focus on your glutes and outer thighs pushing against the band on each rep.
Build up over time. Do 2–3 sets of 12–15 reps, and progress to a heavier band as you get stronger.
*Simulated results based on clinical trials. Individual results may vary.
Real lower-body training, no gym required.
Building stronger glutes and legs at home usually means flimsy bands that roll up and slip. These woven fabric bands grip and stay put, so you keep steady tension on the muscle through every rep — and three levels mean you can keep making it harder.
-
3 levels
Light, medium, and heavy bands let you start where you are and step up the challenge as you get stronger.
-
No-slip
Woven fabric grips your skin and leggings instead of rolling up, so you stay focused on the movement, not the band.
-
Full lower body
Squats, hip thrusts, lateral walks, and kickbacks — one set covers the moves that build glutes, hips, and legs.
Pair them with the rest of your home workout.
The bands anchor an easy lower-body routine. Add a couple of home-gym staples and you've got a full session without leaving the house.

Fabric Resistance Bands — Set of 3 for Glutes & Legs Pink / n/a
Steady tension that fires up your glutes.
As you press against the band, you feel a firm, even pull that keeps your glutes and outer thighs working the whole rep. The fabric stays snug and doesn't roll, so the burn lands where it should. Move up a level and the resistance gets noticeably harder — you feel the muscle work more with each band.
Pro Tip: Push your knees out against the band on every squat and hold the top of the movement for a second. That's where the glutes really switch on.
Small habit, a stronger lower body every week.
A quick set between everything else
Keep the bands by the couch or bed and squeeze in a few sets of squats or lateral walks. A short session most days adds up, even when you can't get to a full workout.
